Yep, lately I’ve been noticing myself using more of my parent’s words than my little sisters. It’s truly disturbing. I didn’t think that would happen until I started having kids.
Examples:
“I can’t eat those Warheads. They are way too sour!” when I used to say “I love all sour candy!!”
“Why are all of these teenage girl wearing animal shaped rubber bands around their wrists? How ridiculous.” when I used to say “Mom, I want that knew slap bracelet! PLEASE!”
